How to Report a Claim?

 

Doctors who take out protection with SMI have access to ClaimPro, an online system for the reporting of claims, circumstances and incidents and automatically notifies all matters to insurers. In order notify a claim, click here which will connect you to ClaimPro. To login, please use your email address and your password. For further details on how to use the system, please refer to the SMI Claims Protocol.

 

Within 48 hours of registering your claim on ClaimPro you will be contacted by a member of the SMI Service team to discuss your notification and agree the next steps. If you require urgent assistance please contact the SMI Service Team or the SMI 24 hour legal helpline on (800 120 6238).
